RoboTechBridge

Marketplace terms

Version 2026-10-30. These terms describe the RoboTechBridge software service and the commitments recorded through it.

Accounts and accurate information

You must control your registered email, verify it before making commitments, keep credentials private and provide accurate information. Buyer accounts may represent businesses, individuals or hobbyists. Seller publishing requires approval of business-verification information. Verification records a review; it does not guarantee any product or transaction.

Listings and AI assistance

Sellers are responsible for their products, specifications, media, certifications, prices and approved translations. Original content is retained. Machine-generated content requires review and is labelled. The sourcing assistant recommends catalogue records and may draft requests, but it cannot accept quotes, place orders or make payments on your behalf. Confirm specifications and unknown information with the seller.

Quotes and purchase orders

Browse prices, shipping charges and delivery ranges are estimates unless expressly quoted. Quotes have a validity deadline and lock the stated price, currency, exchange rate, shipping method, trade terms and delivery range. Accepting a quote creates a purchase order that the seller must confirm. Later commercial changes require a new version and the buyer’s acceptance. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless the agreed Incoterm is DDP.

Manual payments and fees

At launch, payment is made directly to the seller using payment details revealed on a seller-confirmed order. RoboTechBridge records payment sent and the seller’s confirmation; it does not receive, hold, release or refund that payment. Payment details are frozen on confirmed orders. Independently check unexpected payment instructions and report a discrepancy. Launch platform fees are zero; any configured future fee must be displayed before a new commitment. Existing accepted amounts do not change when a fee rule is edited.

Communication, cancellation and disputes

Keep transaction evidence and agreed terms in the platform’s structured workflow. You may cancel before payment; after payment cancellation requires both parties’ agreement and any refund is arranged outside the platform and recorded. Either party may flag a paid order for dispute review, which freezes its workflow. Staff may inspect reported or disputed evidence with an access log. Block and report spam, impersonation, prohibited products or misleading information. Never upload executable files or material you lack rights to share.

Availability and account closure

Provider outages can delay translations and notifications; the original message remains available. Delivery estimates are ranges, not guaranteed carrier commitments. You may export account information and request account deletion. Open paid or disputed orders must be resolved first. Necessary shared transaction evidence and audit history remain linked to an anonymized identity after deletion. Terms changes require a new published version and, when relevant, renewed acknowledgement.
