Find products, communicate across languages and keep a complete record of each order.
Start buying
Create an account, acknowledge the terms, verify your email and choose a destination country. Search in English or Chinese, refine technical and delivery filters, and open a product to inspect specifications, shipping estimates, MOQ and trade terms. Save products or ask the sourcing assistant for a shortlist. Missing specifications require seller confirmation.
Talk to a supplier
Use Message seller on a product, RFQ or order. Your original is delivered immediately; translation appears when ready. Tap a translated bubble to see its original or choose always-show originals. You can change chat language per conversation, preview the recipient’s translation, edit your own text, retry or flag translation problems, and attach supported images or documents. Read and delivery indicators show the recorded receipt state.
Complete an order
Send an RFQ with product, quantity, destination country and city. The seller sends a structured expiring quote. Review price, shipping, delivery range, Incoterm and tax responsibility, then accept to create a PO. The seller confirms it and reveals frozen payment details. Pay directly, mark payment sent and upload a receipt. The seller confirms receipt, records shipment and tracking, and you confirm delivery. Use the dispute action if a paid order has a problem.
Account and safety
Use Account & privacy to verify email, recover access, set language, export data or request deletion. A block prevents new messages but keeps existing evidence. Staff cannot browse arbitrary private conversations; reported and disputed threads have a scoped, audited review workflow. Never treat the development sample catalogue as a real offer or send real funds to fixture accounts.
When a provider is unavailable
Original messages remain visible and failed translations offer a retry. Unconfigured email delivery remains queued and is not reported as delivered. In development, an authenticated owner can inspect their own pending email links. Search indicates whether semantic retrieval is available. A service warning is not a substitute for confirming a product fact with the seller.
