Publish trustworthy robotics products with accurate, approved bilingual information.
Business verification
Verify your email and submit Chinese/English company names, registration number, licence, legal representative, contact details, address and categories. Staff can approve, reject with a reason or request more information. You can supply the requested information and resubmit. Seller mode and publishing remain locked until approval.
Create and approve a listing
Choose an original language and provide title, description, category, structured specifications, price/tiers, MOQ, availability and shipping terms. Upload media and certification proof that you have rights to share. Generate the second language in the background or write it yourself. Compare the retained original and buyer-facing versions, fill missing fields, edit and explicitly approve the current version. Staff moderation is a separate publishing gate. An edit invalidates old approval.
Pricing and fulfilment
Choose a base currency and single, fixed-conversion or real-time pricing mode. Display estimates use a stable published rate while quotes lock the latest applicable rate. Keep fixed prices renewed. Set stock location, destinations, shipping methods, production lead time, quantity tiers and hazard restrictions accurately. DAP is the default; DDP means the quoted duties and taxes are included.
Receive orders and payments
Answer RFQs with structured quotes and a clear validity period. Confirm the buyer’s PO only when the agreed terms and payment method are correct. Seller payment details are encrypted, private and frozen on a confirmed order. Confirm actual receipt of payment, record carrier/tracking and retain shipment evidence. Do not mark payment received merely because a buyer uploaded a receipt.
Fees and service quality
Launch platform options are Free or No fee. Zero fee lines are retained for the audit record but hidden from statements. Future fees apply according to published configuration and do not alter accepted order snapshots. Keep communication clear, use translation review controls, report problems and resolve paid-order cancellations jointly.
